Suttons Barn

Conversion of barn to a residential property to provide a new sustainable home for our Clients on their family farm and in close proximity to the listed farmhouse.

The design used materials and resources from the land including timber for joinery and energy for a ground source heat pump.

As part of the process the work required agreement with the planning authority to establish that it could be categorised as permitted development.
