Design of 61 new houses to integrate with the scale and character of conservation setting including, close proximity to grade I and II* listed buildings.

Close liaison with Historic England, National Trust and other conservation bodies to produce a masterplan that integrates entirely into the grain of the conservation area, producing an architecture that sits comfortably in a conservation setting while maintaining a contemporary style.

The site had issues of contamination and flooding, as well as proximity to the Eurostar main track and a busy commuter station.

The design had to take advantage of the transport advantage while providing a peaceful environment for family living.
