In partnership with Community 360°, the client, and working with Colchester Borough Council, building owner, and Historic England, our remit was to provide the following deliverables under RIBA 0-2. The project required the following deliverables in order to form a viability report for presentation to the C360° Trustees:

·     Stakeholder Consultation Analysis

·     Proposed Concept plans for flexible community space

·     Outline Specification for costing of repairs and new works

·     Stage 2 Cost Analysis
